The location is fantastic and within walking distance to the Uber Arena! The staff were friendly and accommodating, making it a pleasure to stay.

Hotel looks fabulous and modern! Love the spacious lounge area for chilling and gathering. The rooms are clean, if a wee bit snug, but totally fit for a good night’s sleep between adventures.

The showers might need a pep talk—water pressure was a bit shy. And honestly, if I wanted a high-stakes game of musical rooms, I would’ve invited friends over!

The staff provided outstanding assistance, accommodating our family's needs by offering a larger room for more space. Breakfast was a highlight, especially with the early start, perfect for our toddler. Additionally, the elevator was out of order throughout our stay, which wasn’t convenient for our family with young children.

I really enjoyed my time here, especially because the hotel is just a block away from the Ostbahnhof, making it easy to explore the city. The staff went out of their way to help us, even providing a complimentary welcome drink and guiding us to local eateries. It was also nice to have coffee and tea available 24/7. However, the lack of a mini fridge in the room would be something I'd like to see improved.
